Q: Would it cover a twin size bed?

The quilt dimensions are 47"X47" not quite large enough to fully cover a twin size bed.

Q: Do stains (like spit up from veggie purees) come out easily? I'm concerned since the quilts are on the tan/ivory side.

We have several Little Unicorn quilts and never have an issue with stains. Washing cold water with Tide works well!

Q: Is this an original Little Unicorn blanket?

Yes, I believe so. It's a super soft, and very durable blanket.
