Feels SOOO good!
This is well made and has just the right amount of "pebble poke" to get your attention on bare feet. I ordered two more!

Terrible & unsafe
Had to throw it out because I slipped multiple times. It traps moisture underneath & becomes extremely dangerous. Great idea & look, but poor execution.

Pulling apart.
It was exactly what I wanted discription wise but, it's already pulling apart and that's with only moving it from one room to another.

This mat is great, but you need to wear socks with it
I really felt a happy tingle in my legs after about 20 minutes after using this mat. It is perfect if you live in an apartment and have neighbors that may not like the noise from the accupressure shoesI wore several pairs of socks because the rocks are really piercing, so I recommend starting at about 10 minutes then increasing to 20 minutes per day. You can use this mat while doing pilates and stretches, getting exercise, stretching and blood circulation in all in a few minutes...

Easy to use but takes a little time to get use to it
This product is super easy to use and convenient. The balls are a little painful or I should say uncomfortable when you first start to use so takes time to get use to it. Using socks is helpful. The mat has a greasy film to it. Be sure to wash it really well first. Time will tell if it helps with my issue but simple to use product.

Rock Mat
Good sturdy product. I use it every morning to help with my Plantar. Since using, the pain has gotten better and it’s definitely working.

Well made, but not all that effective for me
This is an interesting acupressure mat. It's a thick silicone pad that has small plastic "rocks" embedded into the silicone. The idea is that it provides pressure to help relieve stress points and muscle aches. It's well made, with the "rocks" firmly held in place. The rock sizes vary to provide a more effective pressure pattern. It rolls up easily and comes with a plastic tube that can be used for storage. While I can't fault the build quality, I've not found it to be all that helpful for my back. It's easy to use, but after using it for a while I can't say it's provided any notable benefits. It does take some time to get used to it -- I strongly recommend wearing a decently thick shirt the first couple of times until you're accustomed to the feel of the rocks. While they are not sharp in the sense they could cut you, they are rather pointed in spots.I also think the price is rather high for such a simple product. It is well-made, but it still is just a sheet of silicone with rocks embedded in it.Factoring in the results and price, balanced against the good build quality and ease of use puts my score at 3 stars (average). It may be helpful for some, but for me it's not been a useful or significantly beneficial therapy.

Hair and dirt magnet, sour smell stinks, white and black under stones
I give 2 stars because I love the materials used and the idea of it, but that it the only reason I didn't give less. I like accupressure mats and use them, I usually have the kind with the poky lotus flowers. I love silicone and gemstones but this is a magnet for hair, dirt, anything it comes in contact with. The hair wraps around the stones and is very difficult to get off. Washing it is not easy and after it dried it stunk really bad. Like a sour smell. And under the stones where they are glued on I can see through the clear reverse side that a lot of them turned white and black which really concerned me about possible growth around the glue. Maybe if you keep the back plastic liner on it, inside a pillowcase, and clamped in place you could keep it cleaner but I don't know. I use acupressure because debilitating chronic illness and can't spend the energy I don't have on trying to keep this clean and worrying about growth. I wouldn't get it again but I really wish it could stay cleaner because I like the idea.
