Amazing Product and Battery Support
Never imagined that this product would save my money of getting Inverter installed for home. It is in reality giving back up to my WiFi router upto 7.5hours. that's huge for me at least. Saving my office work disruption and disconnecting from wifi due to fluctuations.

No Support Available
It was working fine for 1st one year and suddenly from 2nd year onwards. Its giving only 1hr support and unable to reach out to support website or phone number which they have given. Going to change the 4x2200mah battery from local shop and see whether it's recovering or not

You can buy it. But there are only one port thats why I have to buy Y cable seperately to charge my Router and Modem.

Good Standby and no Heat generation
I have been using for 1 month. So far haven’t faced any issues standby time is good

False Warranty and does not last 1 year
The media could not be loaded. The product claims to last long whereas it has been 10 months and it stopped charging itself. I tried reaching out to customer care or tech support via email as well as call, both were useless. The customer care number is always switched off and seems to be a personal number. The email simply went unanswered. I spent 2499 of my hard earned money to get this disappointing experience.

Battery backup is too good.

It's not instant power delivery router get off and then on again
It's all about uninterrupted wifi connection but when power is gone the router gets off and then on again which takes 1 - 2 minutes to get online so if you buy this ups it's not instant power delivery to your router , it will turn off and on again..too bad I thought it will delivery uninterrupted power supply to router their's delay In ups
