Not as good as the old ones where each bead has some give so the shape of the stick conforms to your muscles. Good quality for the price, but if I could choose again I would purchase one with flat beads placed on a thinner inner pole.

Works as Advertised
The Avvox stick worked extremely well. After a week of working out, this was the perfect accessory for removing a lot of the lactic acid built up-- especially in my legs, chest and neck. The device is made out of hard silicon. The rigid material is optimal for helping relieve the tension that's build up over the week.
