bought the biggest one and i love how the zipper lock is hidden and the cover is washable. even the foam has a safety removable waterproof cover which helps in such accidents like my dog sleeping on it after taking a bath 🤦🏼‍♀️ very good quality and very affordable price👍

We waited awhile for this product (which was expected due to International delivery). Our puppy had a bout of diarrhea and we removed the top cover only to fimd it had soaked through to the foam matress which was not easy to clean.Also found the cooling matress was not cooling enough. We would open our puppies crate only to find a lot of hot air would escape. He would over heat as well. For the price I think there are better options.

I love that it fits perfectly in our 48inch crate, I love that it is washable and there is a side for the heat and the cold. Unfortunately day one the was already a rip in the seam and it's not because of my pup. Maybe the crate, but either way it's made for dogs crates and it shouldn't have ripped that easy. So I Definitely feel like this price is too much for how cheaply it is made.

We have a senior border and this item fills the bill for comfort and size. As a senior dog it is easy for her to get onto and to get off. It’s a bonus that you can remove the inner plastic liner that can be used maybe later when incontinence sets in. She went right to it to lay down. Sorry can’t address the chew proof of this item (but if a dog is going to chew it will chew anything) and can’t speak to the waterproofing BUT the liner I took off looks like it would definitely do the job.

This cover looks pretty BUT it sheds lots. I've washed it numerous times, even vacuumed it and used a lint brush but it still sheds lint! and the lint gets blown all over the house even! Seriously..horrible horrible material! Unfortunately I was stupid and thought the shedding would eventually stop but it hasn't and now I'm beyond the return window.

I really like the product. It looks good, is firm and has a plastic wetness protector for accidents. It has a winter side which is kind of short fluffy and a summer side which is smooth. The outer layer has a zipper for easy remover. The wetness protector also has a zipper. Unfortunately my cavoodle doesn’t want to sit on it. I’ve tried removing the wetness protector because it’s plastic. I washed the outer layer twice to eliminate any odours my dog doesn’t like. Nope. She won’t sit on it. She will however, sit on a competitors product which is a little bit softer with no wetness protector. I have absolutely no idea why. Wish my dog could talk. I’d score it a 5 stars. My furry friend much less.
