DO NOT BUY unless you are a programmer
I put 5 star up so you might read this. I would not recommend this collar. The instructions for this unit is pretty complicated. Like, I’m not sure if I set this up right. I’m a professional videographer and I work with professional cameras, live stream using obs, etc. I can make websites for e commerce business and set up apps for it.But for the life of me I cannot figure this out. I THINK I have it sorted out but not 100%. For example the manual does not say you need to turn off vibrating mode for the electric shock to work. So does that mean that it vibrates AND shocks? Who knows…I think the manual was written in Chinese and it was translated into English?I suspect that this is one of those Amazon products that is filled with fake reviews.Honestly unless you are good at decoding bad manual for a pretty complicated product, I would absolutely stay away from this specific collar. Also keep in mind that probably there is a factory that makes the chip and housing, and that company licenses or produces the same exact unit branded under another company. Exactly like the dash cam industry.

Awe the sweet sound of silence (at first)
Sitting on my back porch right now and all i can hear is the wind, crickets, and birds. It is absolutely amazing. I just got the collars yesterday and we already have peace. I hope and pray it lasts for my sanitiy's sake. Ordered 4 collars for my 4 barkers. It took a few minutes to read through the instructions and get all the collars setup and programmed. For the most part I followed the suggested settings in the book for the different sized dogs. I did have to turn up the sensitivity for the loudest dog which didn't make a lot of sense, but hey it worked. Only 2 of the dogs even tested the collars before they figured it out. I think they were more surprised by the initial beep than anything. The other 2 saw what happened when the other ones barked and as far as I can tell they never even tried barking. The problem child gets 2 barks in before he remembers what happens and then he stops. The collars came in charged at a 5 out of 7. They wore them for about 5 hours last night before I took them off for bed and turned them off for the night. Still charged at a 5 when I turned them back on this morning. It is tricky to get the correct tightness on the collars to keep them from sliding around and to make sure they are tight enough to work but not too tight to hurt the little creatures. My dogs range in size from 11 lbs to 90 lbs and I was able to adjust each collar to fit them all with some cutting and melting of the ends. I will continue to monitor the progress and if anything changes I will update my review.Update: I have been using these collars now for several months. They still work on the smallest dogs about half the time. The big dog is now on his third collar (all different brands). I tried a name brand bark collar ($100) and that only worked for a few weeks before he decided he wasn't scared of it. Eventually went with a $130 training collar for him (purchased elsewhere) . It's not as convenient because I have to carry around the remote. The remote has a 3/4 mile range so I can correct him from anywhere in and around the house and that thing is POWERFUL he doesn't mess around now. If you have a big, stubborn barker the only way to go is with the most powerful training collar you can find. This collar isn't going to cut it after they figure out it doesn't hurt on the shock.

Works well, but not intuitive
The set up and operation is not intuitive. If you struggle with technology sometime (like my husband), you might look for a product with a more straight forward operation. For example, to turn it off, you press the button on the right once, then the button on the left twice, then long press the button on the right until it turns off. Really? Couldn't we just long press the button on the right to begin with? Anyway, all the set up processes are like that. Not at all intuitive. My husband also struggles with activating the "buttons", which are actually indentions in the unit that do not "mash" but instead recognize that a fingertip is on them. He is a large man with large hands and fingers. Not especially so, but larger than it seems this product is designed for. Also, he tries to "mash" the buttons if his finger doesn't activate the button. A more button-like experience would ease his frustration. All of that said, it does work well. I have a lot less nuisance noise in the house. Within minutes, my dog realized that the barking was triggering that unpleasant sensation on the neck and quieted down. I like that you can choose to use vibration only, and not the electrical shock. The vibration and shock have several strengths you can try in order to find the most effective setting for your dog. Also, the sensitivity can be adjusted. This is very helpful if you have multiple dogs who could trigger another dog's unit. I have an elderly person in the home who listens to the TV at a very high volume. I feel better about letting a few barks go through rather than having the false triggering caused by the loud TV, which did happen when the dog was very near the TV.

Why didn’t I try this sooner
So this little cutie developed a barking habit that was impacting her being able to go to work with me (and honestly annoying us at home too) I tried other methods (redirection, ignoring). This arrived and she has only worn it few times and WOW! I’m not even sure the little “shock” was activated with her. The beep and vibration immediately caused her to stop. Super easy to set up. Love you can set the levels yourself. We started out low levels on everything for her. Have not even had to charge it yet. Love it’s a usb style charger. Fit is easy to adjust. Stays right where it is supposed to stay on her neck. Is not heavy or bulky. She was able to play, eat, drink with no problem. Did notice when playing with other dogs that their barks would trigger it. Immediately took it off so she could play and not get corrected for their actions. The barking has stopped without the collar having to be worn so huge win!
