Cats in Cubes - Modular Cat Condo Furniture - DIY Tree House Tower - Tan (3 Kits)

ll 3 of my cats were interested right away. I bought a second set within days, because as you can imagine, with 3 cats, you couldn't build this thing big enough. At first, i was nervous about the price, but in my opinion, the kit is well-designed and worth the money. Don't be rough during assembly, or when moving an assembled structure. There are no claw marks or holes in the panels as of yet. The panel material is a thin, but sturdy vinyl. It is opaque, and kitties are hidden when inside. None of my cats have tried the hammock yet, but one has been eye balling it. My largest cat is a 14 pound male, and he takes up two cubes when he stretches out. We will be staying for 3 months in another country, and purchased this to go with us. It packs pretty flat, and the set of 3 units weighs 22 lb. The cats are getting used to it now, and I think it will help them feel comfortable and at home in their new temporary home. Casts in Cubes is a definite hit in our house. No tools required to assemble. Be sure that you are buying the authentic item from One Fast Cat. There are imitators that look VERY similar, and may have even used One Fast Cats stock photos.

This is a nice idea, but I wish the panels were stronger. I've had this put together for about a week and a half and my 4 month old kittens have already torn through two panels. Possibly if the holed ones were reinforced like the edges? Like other reviews stated, the plastic is hard for the kittens to play on. They have to walk on them carefully. It's almost like they are walking on ice with how slowly they have to go.

Not happy with the product. I read the reviews and it sounded good. If the product description had given, or one of the reviews mentioned it was made of plastic I missed it. I never would have purchased it. My cats are not declawed and it was difficult for them to jump up and around it because it was too slippery. Also it was too small for my 15 pound cat. The idea of this product is great. I imagine kittens or smaller cats would love it if it were not made of slippery plastic.

As far as assembly is concerned, these are pretty easy to get together. I accidentally put one of those holes on the wrong side (so the cats would have to stare at the wall) and it was easy enough to get it apart to fix as well.A little lighter weight than I was expecting. I don't know why I thought it was going to be a canvas material but that's my fault for not reading. It says it's rated for 40lbs but the plastic-y material is very lightweight. That kind of scares me but we'll see how it goes. :)

I have to say I'm very disappointed with the cubes because I was really looking forward to building these, however if your cat(s) is over 15-18 pounds I wouldn't recommend purchancing this. Our 18 lbs begal cat snapped the top part of the house off in less then a couple days and not long after many of the clips popped out as my cats were running through it. The plastic like material was no match for his nails either and I think if the material had been thicker or made of something stronger it wouldn't of happened.

I have 3 cats, and they really enjoy this. It took them awhile to get used to it, but now I see them on it every day. It is made very well, fairly simple to assemble, and very easy to pick up an move. I also like that is plastic and easy to vacuum and clean.

Cats only like the scratching pads. Joints seem to come apart too readily.

very small. we bought 3 kits and still too small. made for kittens or very small cats. picture makes it look larger than is.
