They work
I’ve worn them once. They kept my socks up and my shirt down.Only minimal hair loss on my legs.Didn’t affect my movement that I could tell.Update after a few months:One of the clips is a little bent, and does not hold well. It can be bent back with needle nose pliers.

Fails to stay clipped...
I bought these and used them for about a month before utter frustration and giving up on them. They are uncomfortable and hard to get used to but I was willing to forgo comfort for function, the function being keeping my shirt tucked in. I tried doubling and even tripling my shirt and my socks. Often within minutes at least one comes unlatched. Typically on the shirt, not as often with the socks. After having to reconnect them multiple times I gave up and shelved them for months. Pulled them out this morning. Put them on and wasn't all the way down the stairs before two were unclipped.I would not recommend these. I am going to look around and try other brands and styles but not these.

Work well
I bought these stays for my grandson who is 12 and a dancer. He was doing a routine where he had to wear a dress shirt and pants. The shirt kept coming out of the pants . Of course the stays were way too long so I cut the band at the adjustable clasp, cut off a piece and sewed the band back together. Then I folded the upper band and sewed it across taking up about an inch. I did that to both bands. Now they work fine. For those who complain about the clip that attaches to the sock, my grandson also said it rubbed against his leg so I took a piece of moleskin that has a sticky back, cut it, and stuck it to the inside of the clip. Problem solved. For those who don't know what moleskin is, just go to any fabric store and ask for a package of moleskin. It is not real "moleskin", just a beige colored 1/8" thick padded fabric that has a sticky back and can be cut to any size or shape. Not expensive.

Shirt-no-stay.
These are probably the best shirt stays I have had for uniforms, although best does not mean good.I use these every day for work and have been for the last several months. I have a uniform that I need to keep the shirt tucked in, otherwise, it looks like I am wearing a parachute. My job is quite active and I need something to keep my shirt tucked in while engaging in many physical activities.Unfortunately, after about 5 months, I have to reattach these things at least 4 times every shift as they no longer stay for long. When I fix one, another one comes off shortly after. This is extremely frustrating when wearing a plate carrier and other gear that constantly needs to come off just to fix one strap. The plastic I think is very weak and not very effective. Cannot tighten the straps either as that will instantly cause the shirt to slide out of the clasps. There have even been a few times these have fallen out of my pants leg because they completely detach. And yes, the clasps are still closed in all instances. No matter my approach, the plastic teeth on the clamps cannot stay on the shirt. I would not recommend these for most shirts as they slide out quite easily with very little effort.I will say the elastic bands are very good. This is my second pair and compared to the first, there is a huge difference in how they look. These still look new.

No more muffin top shirt
So I occasionally wear suspenders with a bowtie to special events for a classy look. I grabbed this because I had one such event coming up & I knew dancing was involved so I needed a way to secure my shirt. The thigh shirt starys just didn't look like they would worked for my thighs so I tried this.Worked as I expected. Kept my shirt firmly in place even while dancing. I recommend this for all my classy dressers!
