Review: Best holder for a Z fold! - This is the PERFECT mount for a Z Fold phone on a DJI Remote. The mounting method to the DJI remote is solid, and simple. It mounts to the actual body of the remote instead of the slide out spring loaded antenna/phone holder like many others do. I had an extension type tablet holder that was simple to install, but it was too short for the Z fold and would push the power and volume buttons on the edge of the phone. This holder is easy to attach and remove from the DJI Remote. The phone clamp is the perfect size and shape for the Z fold. The spring holds the phone tight, but not too tight. The phone holding clamp can be turned 90 degrees to hold the non-folding edges of the phone, which lines up well with the speaker holes and the USB-C connection, leaving the volume and power buttons reachable at the top making it easy to change the volume on your phone and to unlock it with the power/fingerprint reader if you set it down. If you adjust the holder right, it will balance well enough to set the remote down with the Z Fold attached without worry of it falling over. Out of the box all of the adjustment joints on the holder are super tight. I would be careful adjusting them, the entire thing is plastic except for part of the joints that are metal. You probably can adjust the tightness, there are some nice solid star screws, but I'm just putting it in one position and leaving it there. An awesome deal for the current price I paid ($22). I'm sure this would work great for an iPad mini. It might be a little tight for anything 10inchs or larger.
Review: This is the best accessory I have purchased for my drone!!! - I was very skeptical of quality given the incredibly low price!!! I am old. I like big screens. Using the drone with my small Iphone is less than 100% enjoyable. Being able to hold the 10" tablet and controller as one unit is fabulous. The plastic is very rigid, but does not seem brittle. The joints are stiff (good). I had concern about storage, and continually twisting the joints. In the 2 months I've had it, the joints have not shown any wear. I have zero concern with the tablet falling out. The neck strap is nice. The controller and tablet hang okay. The strap does not interfere with the sticks. However, the tablet and controller is heavy and the strap is uncomfortable on the neck (duh, of course). Further, I do not use the strap as support while flying. That would be way too uncomfortable. I spent a bit of time finding a good bend in the mount to balance the controller and tablet. After finding that balance, the controller is easy to hold! This company should raise the price of this mount. They should not sell it based on how much it costs to produce. They should sell it based on the value the customer places on the product. I would have paid twice the price. Will this product make me fly better? No. Does it make me happy? Yes, every time I slide the 10" tablet into the mount!

**Q: Will this hold my samsumg fold 2 with a spigen tough armor case?**
A: I would be very cautious to put a foldable phone on this tablet holder. It puts a significant amount of pressure on the side of the phone, which, could lead to it folding shut, or worse, snap it backwards.. Also, please check that your Android OS will be compatible with the DJI Controller FIRST.

**Q: Is this compatible with dji mini se controller? looks different than the one shown**
A: No you'll need a different tablet holder.  This one is specifically designed for the DJI universal controller. The DJI Mini SE uses a tablet holder that has a plate that clips into the bottom of the controller. This one clips into the top.

**Q: Will this work for the iPad Pro 12.9 with an otter box defender case?**
A: Yes, you can use iPad 12.9 with this product. The "catchers" can stretch up to 9" comfortably (8.46" for iPad 12.9). For the second part of the question: even though the "catchers" are deep enough to grab 1/2" thick unit. I usually take the iPad out of the case before mounting. I don't want to have iPad slip out of the holder during the flights. Also having the case increases weight I have to hold which increases stress on my wrists.

**Q: is the tension on the hinged areas good? does it ever need to be tightened like say after repeated uses?**
A: tension is plenty strong so not going to flop around. I haven't needed to tighten mine buit believe if I had to it wouldn't be a problem.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This IS the one!

This tablet and phone adapter is the one to buy. It’s locks into the controller really well and releases with a push of a button. My iPad mini fits perfectly and I even like using this with my iPhone. The grip on the mount is strong, no slipping or jiggling. The joints are also very stiff which is great. The neck strap attachment points are the weakest piece of this purchase. The clips that hook into the loops of the mount get in the way of the sticks no matter how you twice them. I have tried several other methods of attaching and I have given up using the included clips. I cut the faux leather piece off the net strap and used a double-sided velcro strip wrapped around the mount loop at the edge of the mount and the neck strap and it works perfectly. in fact it helps hold the whole setup steady against your body with the the iPad wanting to tip it over. it's also very secure. Just a suggestion.
