I've seen many seed/soil screening sets for outlandish costs (hundreds of dollars). This set is a touch limited in the number of screen sizes (just 4) but you can't beat the price. It also has decent construction and cleans up fairly easily. The carrying tote is handy too. I've used it for screening small batches of soil using the largest hole-width screen. Worked well and cleaned up easily. I plan to use a mix of the smaller screens for seed cleaning.Sometimes "bargain buys" mean bargain construction. But this screen set was a pleasant surprise. I will probably order a second set so a friend can help with bigger garden projects!

The sieves don’t fit tightly into the ring so some can pass by the edges. Not an issue on the larger sizes, but can be for the smaller sizes.

I bought this after I bought the one attached screen because I wanted a variety of screen sizes. It's convenient and easily removed to change to a different screen size.

Wish the screens fit a little bit more snuggly out of the box. For a sifter that goes down to 1mm, the gap along the edge is too large.Mine was missing a small screw cap holding in one of supporting metal pieces.

This doesn’t fit any standard 5 gallon buckets. The screens also do not even fit close to snug in the outer ring. It has huge gaps between the outer ring and sieve screens. Not worth the money.

It was well made. However three nuts were missing. I had some nuts that were the proper size luckily.

I use this to screen my pellets for my smoker, it’s nice to eliminate the dust from the purchased bag of pellets. I’m sure there are other uses for the different size of screens.

However, the fit of the screens can be a bit loose, making it somewhat challenging to keep them in place during use. It's still a helpful tool for gardening, but there's room for improvement in the design to make it more user-friendly and efficient.

Flawless weld and well made. This will last for a long time. Recommended.

I bought this as a soil sifter and expected it to be useful, but the interchangeable sieves did not fit the ring, leaving gaps around the edges so that soil could go through. Useless!
