This is a great little tool for re-rocking powdered sugar! Your customers who buy the powdered sugar would never be able to tell that you Cut the powdered sugar! Holds a pretty good amount of powdered sugar, around 2.2 pounds of powdered sugar. I do recommend leaving the powdered sugar in it over night with full pressure on it if you want the powdered sugar to come out solid! Everyone will think your powdered sugar came straight from Columbia! 😉🤫

Great little press but I do have 2 complaints. First, the jack quality could be much better. The jack doesn’t go down on its own when you release the pressure so you have to take it all apart and physically push it back down by hand which doesn’t go down easily and can feel metal on metal grinding. Big pain, poor quality jack.My second gripe is how close the posts are to the inner walls of press. After pressing and removing the top, you have to put at least 2 wing nuts back on to finish pushing the product out. Well the post holes are so close to the inside that the base of the wing nuts overlap and your products corners end up tore/ripped/mashed from pushing up against the wing nuts. Which there is nothing you can do to fix it. Solution is to mill the outer walls 2-3mm larger and moving the 4 posts further out to not interfere. I would still recommend but it could easily be improved.
