**Q: How do I know the use by/expiration date? I don’t see it on the jar.**
A: These peppers, olives and pickles are packed in vinager and salt.  They don.t have an exp. date because they last years.

**Q: Are these mild or hot tasting?**
A: Alittle spicy, but not hot. It is one of the mildest of the peppers with any heat.

**Q: Is the jar glass or plastic?**
A: It has a glass jar so they will keep in the fridge after opening for a while. So don't worry about the container you should be worrying about the quality. And I  give that a  5 star rating.
