Love this pan!
I’ve always wanted this Japanese sauce pan and I finally did it and bought three sizes! I own really good quality sauce pans but they are becoming too heavy for my arthritic hands and wrists. This pan is so lightweight and doesn’t hurt my hands and wrists when handling it. It heats up really fast and the food tastes great. It’s very high quality. Just wish they came with lids but I can always buy it separately. For now, some of the lids I already have may fit. Can’t wait to receive the other two sizes!

Great for soups and sauces!
I love this pot! It's perfect for cans of soup and making sauces. I got it to replace an older pan and it performs like a charm. The crevices aren't hard to clean, and I love that I can scrape away with metal utensils and no fear of scraping chemicals from the pot into my food.Have also put it in the dishwasher a few times and no issues here!

After a Year I Still Love It
I love this little pan. I would buy more if I had a place to put them. It's a perfect size for small jobs. It's lightweight, making it easy to use and heat up quickly. Sure, if you have a gas stove and your flame comes out further than the bottom the wooden handle WILL charr, wood has yet to get on with fire. We have used this on both types of electric stoves, the old-fashioned coil and flat top. It works great, looks lovely, and has held up well. I do not put it in the dishwasher, though. I'm fairly certain that would ruin the finish on the handle. The metal seems like it is of a good quality as it does clean up easily and well.

My go pan for everything
This is my go to pan for everything. From cooking noodle, oat milk, soup and frying. It heats quickly and cleanup is so easy. If you ever watch Japanese drama then you know that every Japanese own one of this in there house. This pan is also great for melting sweet, I use it to melt marshmallows to make nougat candy and it won’t stick at all. I will suggest you not to use it to sautéed anything on high heat, cause stainless steel will stain and will take some scrubbing to get the burn mark out. Boil water quickly and can go from stove to table.
