I never thought that I would love an herbal product like this. My mindset has always been that they help a little bit, so you need to stockpile a lot of different herbal supplements in order to notice a real and meaningful difference.The Ashwaganda Root Extract by Body Vega completely shattered that mindset for me. From the very 1st day I started taking it, I noticed a significant change in overall happiness and sense of satisfaction. At 1st, I thought that it was the new up-tick in my prayer life, which did make its own impact in a significant way, but I could tell that my body was much more calm. My sleep became almost instantly more efficient, and I would wake up rested in the morning, even if my hours of sleep were cut shorter than I'd normally like it to be.My dreams were so much better. I have GAD, I decided to take this pill to help take the edge off before going to bed. It made me extra anxious and depressed, gave me heartburn, and low blood sugar and now I'm waking up at 4 am STARVING with blood sugars at 72 after 4 hours fasting, even after I stopped taking this pill. I returned the product and received a full refund.

I think that this product is helping my anxiety. It helps me feel alittle more calmed and relaxed. I have been prescribed medications to help with anxiety but they leave me still feeling tired all the time. This calms me with the "dragging" effect. I am also looking to get away from more conventional medicines with potential harmful side effects and looking for more natural products. I think I would buy this product again. Very good before sleep. Helps me relax and when i wake up i feel more focused, unlike how sleep supplements make you kinda groggy.

I have been very satisfied with the purchase of this bottle of Ashwagandha. From the quick delivery to the effects that I feel (less stressed and more relaxed) after taking this product, I will buy it again. Also, I like that this brand is concentrated into just one capsule of 800 mg, so only one capsule is needed daily compared with other brands I've taken!!!

I started taking this about 1 month ago to help with my adrenal fatigue (along with 2 other supplements) I have noticed an increase in energy and decrease in muscle tension that I wasn't even aware of until it went away. I'm also sensitive to a lot of vitamins and supplements but have experienced no bad effects or reactions from this product.
