No complaints. This item works exactly as described! I am happy to have found it. I do wish it held a bit more but I won't deduct a star for that. It's sturdy. I did clean the wall and item with rubbing alcohol first.

With two shelf options, this easily holds tall shampoo bottles. It was easy to affix to fiberglass shower wall and holds well.

Very functional, looks great, easy to put up

I had to use the round 3m round sticky disk or whatever they are called that came with this in order for it to stay suctioned against my shower wall. I was super excited because it worked really well and would hold a lot. I bought this in the beginning of December 2021 and last month, April 2022, it started coming loose from my shower wall. I tried several times tightening it again and again and it would work for a few days but then start coming loose again. It was getting annoying so I finally gave up and drilled a hole into the wall just above my shower for a hook and then hung a large shower caddy there. It sucks because my original motive for buying this was so I could avoid drilling a hole in the wall since I live in a rental but then I ended up having to do that anyway so it was basically a waste of my money and now it's too late for me to return it. Also, I can't get those sticky disks off my shower wall; they won't budge. I'm gonna have to figure out a way to get them off before I move but thankfully we're not planning on doing that anytime soon so I just kinda said eff it until I have to worry about it.

Works good, have two other smaller soap caddies that have held up great but on this one the left side came loose twice and fell once. So far no more issues and not sure if it's the product, my shower wall, or user error but so far it's still working so...
