I was really disappointed in these and I thought I had done a good job of shopping around. They are easy to use, but almost too much, so. I also found that they leak once used. There was some remnants left on it after I tested it out but it doesn't dry up - ever - and is easily transferred to hands/items/etc. I actually wanted to send them back but they are not eligible for a return because they are a tracked regulated item. I would keep looking, as these missed the mark for me.UPDATE: I took my review from 2 to 4 stars because the company reached out to me immediately to rectify the situation. Not only did they care about my satisfaction, they are also actively trying to replicate my issue so they can fix for the future!TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE you don't see much anymore!

Carry while walking my dog. Have not needed to use it.

I wanted something for when I am walking my dogs at night. I put the sprayer on a lanyard and wear it on my neck. It is right there if I need it (though I am hoping I never do).

A strong force to the spray it sprays far and it’s really strong. Sprayed it indoors and started to sneeze.

I bought this for a petite girl to have just in case it's needed. We hope it is never used. It is small enough to fit in her pocket and it gives her some comfort knowing if it's needed it is readily available. She won't use it as a key chain so that the keys don't interfere with deployment.
