This is a beautiful bench that looks perfect in our newly remodeled shower. No, it does not come with assembly instructions, but if you can figure out your cellphone or even how to operate a microwave oven, you can assemble this simple bench without instructions. I, honestly, can't believe anyone would have a problem with assembly. It was money well spent for a beautiful bench. I love that it has a shelf, too.

So, I actually ordered this item 3 times. I just knew in my heart the this time would be the charm. Each time there were random defects. From splitting wood to random stains or damages that etched the wood and very noticeable. Even globs of wood glue. The holes did not all line up and it made it a little difficult to attach the legs. I had to put all my weight on it to make it in line to get the screws in. Once all together it's sturdy. I'm just disappointed for all this trouble to receive a damage product three times in a row. I just have no words......

The item came missing two screws and without instructions. It might be nice once assembled, but now I have to hunt down the missing hardware myself and figure out the assembly. There wasn't even a diagram showing what the "A" and "B" legs were for and what hardware parts should have been included. The plastic bag containing the screws had not been securely closed and the screws were all loose in the box when I opened it.

First, there were NO INSTRUCTIONS. Second, the hardware did not match up with the holes in the legs. This means It is unbalanced and not sturdy. I do not suggest sitting on it. I’m using it to hold shower items, so I guess that’s all the purpose it will serve. I don’t even feel comfortable using it to shave my legs. Which would have been a plus. If you are deciding between this and something else, choose something else.

I ordered this product and when it arrived it had 3 legs labeled A and only 1 labeled B. There should have been two of each. Enclosed in the box was a card from the company that made the bench that said to please contact them directly with any questions or concerns. I emailed them 3 times with no response. Luckily I was able to return it with no shipping charges through Amazon. I received a replacement bench in a few day. The screws provided did not all fit easily. There were pre-drilled threads and they were crooked. We were able to get 6 of the eight screwed in. The bench looks great, I love the design. It does wobble so we had to put a pad under one of the legs to stabilize it.

Didn’t come with instructions on how to assemble but was fairly easy to figure out. It looks great it our walk-in shower. The bench itself is very sturdy but since our shower floor is slightly sloped for drainage purposes, we just added a little rubber pad under one leg and it’s perfect! The shelf for added storage the lip so things don’t fall over are my favorite parts.

The finish of the wood is great. This unit did not come with instructions so it takes a bit of figuring out how it goes together but not hard to complete. My biggest issue is that the bench did not come with all the bolts to install the shelf and if it came with all four rather than two it would be a lot more sturdy. Be cautious as you may not get all the parts. Also no clear way to contact the seller to see if they can send a couple more bolts

This item came packaged poorly- bolts were loose in the box- and had no assembly instructions at all. It’s a good thing I have a basic knowledge of furniture building.
