I have been taking 2 capsules of 500 mg of this daily along with resveratrol daily while fasting after listening to Dr. David Sinclair's podcast. If you haven't heard the podcast (along with many other experts such as Huberman) please give it a listen. I also have been taking Stamets 7 as part of my supplement routine. I have been much more active and I feel the best I have felt in my adult life. For me to attribute it to these pills would be misleading to anyone reading this review, but I do believe that I did feel increased energy once I started to take these pills. I also believe that these aided in my intermittent fasting. Many people have commented on my youthful appearance as of late, but that could be due to my other lifestyle changes (losing weight, working out, no vaping, less meat, etc.).If you can afford it, try it. Although I do believe it helps, I think the other lifestyle changes will be a bigger impact, intermittent fasting, being the most impactful.

I decided to try NMN after the Joe Rogan podcast. I was convinced by the research that this could help me long term, but I really didn't have an expectation that I would "notice" an effect. In the podcast, David Sinclair said he takes 1,000mg per day, but this product says each dose is 500mg, which is two 250mg capsules. I decided to start out with just one capsule (250mg) per morning to make sure I didn't have any adverse effects. I didn't, so after a couple of days a boosted to the recommended dose of 2 capsules to delivery 500mg. On day 2, I noticed I was in a better mood than normal, had improved focus (my focus is really good anyway), and I had more energy. After that, several days in a row I noticed I just felt really good! Younger, for sure. More pep in my step. Finally I decided to experiment with the 1,000mg dose that Sinclair said he takes, but I won't do that again! I felt like I had taken a hit of ecstasy with 4 shots of espresso. I had the jitters, trouble focusing, and just way too happy - like a manic state of bipolar. I dropped back to 500 for a couple of days and all was good. Then I bumped up to 3 capsules (750mg), and here it was just a bit too much. At my bedtime I was still a bit too wired to sleep. I'm back on the recommended dose of 500mg. I'm rather shocked that Sinclair can seem so level at 1,000. But I LOVE THIS PRODUCT, I love this brand, and I plan on using until my long, happy life comes to an end. Or until it's banned!

Temporarily feel that sleep has improved and will continue to eat for a while. Like this product will buy again.

I was skeptical about the possible benefits that NMN had to offer, but was pleasantly surprised by the benefits that were received after taking it. I have more energy and have a better mood, but this isn't a panacea cure-all. It was used as an adjunct supplement to a healthy lifestyle for me. Another thing that I appreciate is the quality control and price offered. Lab tested, fair price, reliable.
