Great product
It’s great for fitting the pillow but definitely nothing a heating pad couldn’t do and with longer use and wider area coverage.

Not what I was expecting
On top of this purchase I didn't realize I had to pay over 50 dollars for another part. Its not worth buying if your on a fix income.

Nice heat packs
Great instant heat packs. Easy to activate and keep with rising supplies. My critique of this is that the abdominal pocket on the frida pillow for these heat packs is extremely inaccessible. It is inside the main pillow and insert area and difficult to get to especially for a post partum mama trying to feed her baby. Easy to add to the back pocket but I wanted to heat my abdomin with nursing cramps post partum

Overpriced, small, not what I thought it was.
First off I ordered this by mistake, thinking it was the actual nursing pillow so that’s on me.. but I was shocked at how small these heating packs were for the price, the pillow that I meant to order was $50 and this one was $30 and about the size of a water bottle?? Returned it, but buyer beware.
