This relay works on a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX
I didn't have any fitment issues on my old school WRX because the OEM flasher relay isn't plugged into the fuse panel but instead mounts on a bracket under the dashboard (lower dash must be removed for access). The iJDMTOY relay doesn't mount to the factory bracket but can be secured with a zip tie, if desired. For now, I left it tucked out of the way with another factory wiring harness in case I decide to fine tune the speed of the flasher unit.Adjustment of turn signal speed is a breeze by turning the knob on the unit. It only took a few seconds to verify that the flash rate was where I wanted it (close to OEM) and that my turn signal bulbs were working properly at all four corners. If your vehicle doesn't plug the OEM flasher relay into the fuse panel and the larger size of the iJDMTOY unit doesn't matter, then this is an easy fix for the 'hyperflash' condition when swapping out the factory-type of incandescent/halogen bulbs for brighter LEDs.I will update if this unit suffers problems or a shorter than expected life.

Plug-in install in five minutes. Works great.
I have a 2007 Ford F-150 and just replaced my blinkers with LED versions and got the hyper-blinking issue as a result. The flasher relay is located under the steering wheel/column and a little to the left, attached a metal bar that is part of the dash. I saw videos saying to remove a facia panel held in with screws and then you can reach up inside and get to it. Personally, I removed a panel that is on the edge of the dash, where it meets the door and was able to see what I was doing from there and reached up from under the dash and timed myself. It took five minutes to swap out the relay. The new one doesn't have the mounting tabs to attach it to that metal bar, but a zip tie under the dash isn't a problem and did a great job keeping it in place. If you have hyper blinking after swapping to LED blinkers, I highly recommend this product.

I had to modify it to work
The retainer clips were a lot longer than the original flasher, so I had to cut them off flush to the socket. After that, It plugged into the socket without any issues and works exactly as the original one.

Very nice Product
Works exactly as advertised. Will not fit in the socket of the Honda Element. But you can easy make an adapter with some connectors and short cables and use zip ties to secure it.Flash is adjustable and clicking is not too loud.So if you don't mind investing 20 min to make three adapter cables, you will safe a lot of money.
