La Crosse Technology BBB87269 Plastic 20 inch Extra Large Digital Atomic Wall Clock (Silver)

Bought this to replace an old retired LaCrosse clock with temp display. Have it mounted on wall across a 12x30 foot room and have no problems reading it. I wanted a totally battery powered unit like my old one, so I gave up the back light opportunity that would be available on other manufacturers unit because I didn't want a plug in unit. Set up is a snap, just put in the batteries and wait for WWV to lock on to it. The only thing I had to do was push a button to switch it to 24 hour clock, instead of the default setting of 12 hour. AWESOME CLOCK!!

Perfect size for the application in our hall. Nice large numbers. Very easy to set up. It fit perfectly in the spot our old quartz clock was located.

I bought this clock for my father who's in a nursing home and having trouble seeing. The numbers and letters on this clock are huge. The clock is hanging on the wall opposite his bed and he can see it just fine. Many nursing staff and patients have asked where it came from. It's nice that it's an atomic clock so he doesn't have to do any adjustments to it at all. Very happy with this purchase.

This is really a nice clock. It requires virtually zero effort to get it going (just put in the batteries and wait about 3 minutes). It looks great on the wall and can be read from anywhere! It has never not received a signal (which is an issue I've had with other similar type of clocks).

We had a clock that would constantly run slow and always needed adjusted. This clock sets itself and is absolutely wonderful especially on holidays and months that have less than 31 days for it self adjusts.
