hydraulic jack not fastened to base = cockeyed puck and ruined
I was really excited when I first got this, but noticed right away that the design needs work. The steel machined parts are great. The hydraulic jack works fine, but it is not fastened to the base. So, on the third use as I am jacking up the press the jack slips over and my puck gets cockeyed. Needless to say I was pretty pissed off. If the jack would have been fastened on the base this wouldn't have happened. Poor design. The company is having me continue to use it to try to straighten the puck out... my rating may change in the future based on customer service.
