Love my Clinique Clarifying Lotion! I've been using it for many years! I won't use anything else! My face feels fresh and clean and not oily! I get the #2 and it doesn't suffocate my face! I have normal to dry skin.

I've been using this product for years, and so has my mom. Clinique for the win! I have dry, combination skin. I'm also very sensitive, and this toner helps clean my skin and doesn't break me out. It's hard to find products that won't break me out, so I've been sticking to this product. I think it has alcohol in the ingredients, which is the only drawback. However, it works for me, and until I find another toner that doesn't break me out and has no alcohol then I'm sticking to Clinique!

This toner is great to use before makeup because it hydrates your skin and gives it a lot of shine.

Clears face after showering. Removes any left over soap.

One word to describe this product: WOW. I used it as part of my skin care routine in the morning after I cleansed my face and before I applied face oil and tinted moisturizer. I was instantly blown away by how much brighter, smoother, and more refreshed I looked right after applying it. The consistency and scent of the product were not offensive to me, nor did my skin have any adverse reaction in any way. I noticed that when I put my face oil and tinted moisturizer on after my skin absorbed the product, my skin had a noticeably smoother and less shiny but more even toned and matte, which I love! Overall, I am very pleased.

Love this product. Been using it for years. Balances oily and dry areas, removes dry skin flakes, tightens pores, freshens the look and feel of my skin. I buy the jumbo size which lately has been arriving with their pump top, which I don’t like and don’t use. I have a regular screw cap from an old bottle that I just switch to each new bottle when it arrives. Would prefer if it just shipped with the regular screw cap, and the pump were a separate option.

This clarifying exfoliant has been nothing short of magical for my sensitive skin. I usually use it at night before applying my night cream or an overnight hydrating mask. On particularly exhausting days, when I’m not exactly a stickler for my beauty routine , I simply use the exfoliant and call it a night. Come morning, my skin looks fresh, and almost sparkling (if that’s even possible). What I appreciate the most is that it causes absolutely zero irritation – a rare thing for sensitive skin like mine. The bottle is quite generous at over 470 ml, which means it lasts a long time and truly feels like great value for money. Perhaps witch hazel is something my skin loves!

Vorab eine Info: Das Produkt enthält Alkohol und sollte besser nicht auf sehr trockener Haut oder empfindlicher Haut angewendet werden. Für fettige und Mischhaut hingegen ist das Produkt gut geeignet. Ich selber habe Mischhaut, also eher trocken auf den Wangen und leicht fettige Haut an Stirn und Nase. Das Produkt wird auf ein wattepad aufgetragen, damit streicht man dann über die Gesichtshaut. Die Haut fühlt sich wunderbar frisch und geklärt an, was neben dem Alkohol auch an dem enthaltenen Menthol liegt. Es befreit die Haut gut von Schmutz, welcher sich den Tag über auf der Haut und in den Poren absetzt. Deshalb kann man, wenn man mal keine zeit oder Lust hat, das Gesichtswasser auch mal einzeln anwenden, ohne die facial soap des 3-Phasen-Systems. Ich mit meiner Mischhaut muss danach allerdings immer eine Feuchtigkeitscreme verwenden, weil sonst meine Haut um die Mundpartie sehr spannt. Ich benutze es zwei mal täglich, morgens und abends. Die Flasche habe ich vor 2,5 Monaten bekommen und sie ist noch nicht halb leer, weswegen ich den Preis in Ordnung finde.
