Originally it was hard to sit in, but you just have to find the correct angles which may feel unnatural (because we often sit unnaturally and then our backs hurt haha). I have a lumbar support that I use with this product and sometimes i remove the lumbar, but I never remove this one. The elevation is nice, cushion mesh is durable. If you're working remotely at home for long periods of time, i would recommend this.

Use it in my car all the time, also indoors for hard seats in some movie theaters. Very comfortable & helps a great deal.

For relief. On bed sores lower spine.

A little high and stiff for car, works best for me pushed forward a little. Used it for a long boat ride and it cushioned amazingly!

For some reason I assumed the measurements wouldn't matter because its made for a seat.. Definitely not the case! There is more than half of my chair left un-cushioned and there is absolutely no possible way for this to be comfortable as my normal sized butt is largely hanging off the front and back sides. No possible way this is good for ergonomics. I've tried two computer chairs and a couch.. definitely feel cheated out of my money.
