after fifteen years it was time for our old cutting board to go to the great kitchen in the sky so on a whim i typed, 'purple cutting board', into amazon's search, just for fun, and found this eggplant cutting board being sold by carys_store, a really friendly seller, so i bought it. i'm very happy i did because it is beautiful and very useful. it looks great in our art deco themed kitchen hanging from the scroll design shelf over the sink with utensils and pot holders when not in use, like a lovely piece of wall art.for use, it is light, feels durable, is very dark purple, an aubergine eggplant color trimmed in bright light green, and it doesn't slide on the formica table. i'm uploading, if i can, a photo that shows my hand holding a ginsu knife, from amazon, on it after cutting green onions, with the foods waiting in the background. our vintage 80's kliban san franciscat coffee mug just happened to be on the table just then, and one of the 4 sea life plates we got on amazon that we use daily was there as well, and a dii dish cloth is on my chair. this should show you the size of the cutting board.after use this cutting board cleaned easily and got rehung from its s hook on the shelf, another amazon purchase, where it looks beautiful in our purple and green kitchen. recommended item, great seller, 5 stars. :)

I splurged on the cost instead of buying In a chain discount store... I smile every time I look at this sunny yellow cutting board. It's not too heavy, the medium size is good; quality is fine .... I realize I own the larger watermelon one too.

Arrived a bit warped so that it doesn't lay flat but I still use it. Convenient size and material for quick use.

Bought this cutting board as it was time for some new ones as I use a cutting board at least once per day. Love to have separate cutting boards for fruit, vegetables, chicken, pork and beef. Purchased this for my Granny cottage. It’s Lemon themed. It’s really cute. Perfect size for the cottage if you need to cut or slice something. Easy to wipe clean and the surface is durable enough for sharp knives without leaving deep marks. Bright yellow in color.
