Grip & lining on the ball seems like used one
The media could not be loaded. Product is worst & leakage was there too.

Good grip
The grip on the ball is very good. Overall quality of the ball is good too. I just wish they would have given a better pump(Nivia double action) with the deal. Vector pump is very bad. It just does not inflate the ball.I ordered Nivia double action ball pump separately and it inflates the ball very fast (less than a minute).

Air pump not included
The ball is good but it was mentioned that air pump would be provided with the ball and it's not there .

I had replaced my ball after air was leaking and the other one was also defective. Very disappointed.

Ball seems to be fine, but not able to use air pump can't able to fix the nozzle to the pump, it is unusable
