dont eat raw , dont add salt or butter while cooking
I bought this thinking it would be either cured or Deli Meat but its not. don't let the pictures fool you.Also, the taste is very similar to Luncheon meat. don't add any extra seasoning or oil/butter when you grill as its already very salty and has natural oils or may be its Pork fat but its advisable to not add any extra oil or butter or it would become greasy. I used this in my salads, omelet and on pizza.
