Decent Quality
The quality of the plastic looks well, feels good too, but the grip space is less. It's okay for me since my palms aren't that big, but if you have a bigger palm, you might need to reconsider as you'd find it difficult to hold.

Its a waste of money
Worth nothing. Its useless. It has sand filled in side plastic very poor quality wise. Its was damage from one side and sand was leaking for it.It was 1kg but its size is massive to carry anywhere looking like 5kg dumbbell.Grip and fit us fine but material is not goodNot recommending anyone. Spend few more pennies and go dor better one.
