Good for beginners
I am beginner with exercise , yoga and zumba practice, so couple of exercises my trainer suggested me to go with 1 kg dumbbell. Purpose is not for weightlifting but to make sure posture is right and I am not bending or dropping in few of the activities, so for that I was looking for this.Overall I liked the product because it’s not burning your pocket and you get something in budget for starting off. But I don’t think so quality is very good as it’s plastic outside and even not sure what is filled inside.Funny thing is even spelling of dumbbells is also incorrect 😂😂.Anyways it’s fulfilling my requirements for basic things in budget of 150 INR . I didn’t find anything in this budget . Will update you after using it for couple of months.If my review helped you please mark it helpful.Thanks
