Great Pilates machine
Great machine for limited space - easy assembly (just attach the rebounder). Excellent price and shipment on time. All extras were included as well. Love it

I am disappointed in this product
I am disappointed in this product. The rolling action is rough. Another complaint is not clear guidance on the exercises. I am 6 ft tall and can barely use it.

Very pleased
For the price this is a great machine. I'm 5'1 120 lbs and a fitness instructor, my husband is an active office worker and 5'9 190 lbs; we can both use it affectively. I was surprised by how compact it is and am glad I didn't get the mini. All and all it is a wonderful addition to my work out room.

Very impressive home system. Of course, not as good as an actual reformer - but it gets the job done. Agree with some of the other reviews that it may be difficult to use for people who are tall. I am 5'6" and the machine does not slide enough to allow me to do a lot of the jumping motions.

Not a good machine for a Pilates workout
I have done Pilates for over a decade and worked out with top Pilates trainers so I'm very familiar and experienced in the practice. I did not expect this $300 machine to perform like a professional reformer, I wanted something I could do at home to stretch out and keep in decent shape when I'm too busy to get to the studio, but I find it too small to get enough extension on to do a lot of the basic moves and forget doing any advance moves on it, also the bench is very narrow which further inhibits you from getting a good workout. I wish I had bought the Total Gym since I think that offers more flexibility with your work out and doing Pilates based exercises on it. They have a machine at the gym I go to similar to the Total Gym and I like it much better. I don't think this is worth the money or the space it takes up in my apartment. I'm 5'6" so I'm average height so if I can't get enough extension to do a proper Pilates workout I don't think many people will be able to. Its decent quality machine but not a well designed one. Don't waste your money go with the Total Gym.

Horrible quality. Parts fell off the first week. Very limited range of motion.rebounder is crap. If your going to purchase a reformer for home, get Aero

You get a workout that can range from light to heavy with the tension ropes. The machine slides front to back so make sure the workout area is 3-4 feet longer then the length of the machine.

Very User Friendly
I bought this as a christmas gift for my 30 year old son. He has a sedentary job and was a football player and weight lifter in high school so all of his injuries have caused him to have quite a bit of pain when running, or any other type of exercise. I have done pilates and read the reviews on this item and found that exprofessional football players used it. I wasn't sure how he would react to my helpful nudge to get backin shape.Well, he loves it! Instead of getting on the computer when he goes home,he gets on the gym and found it to be very user friendly to his aches and pains. Thanks to all people who reviewed this item.
