Only thing I've noticed is I sleep better..The only thing that would make these better is to reduce how sweet they are....you could cut the sugar in half and have a better product.

I was a little hesitant to order them since I noticed negative reviews complaining about the smell and taste, but I really wanted to try them for their benefits, so I decided to give them a try and placed my order. I received my gummies a little over a week ago, they were well packaged and arrived on time. There is no bad taste or smell like the negative reviews say. Just keep in mind that you’re dealing with sea moss gummies and you should expect a bit of an aftertaste, which is normal for vitamin gummies in general. I’ve enjoyed them so far and have nothing to complain about. I’m happy with my purchase.

Although I do believe this was starting to help my gut, however it was also causing nausea, bloating, cramps and some messy bowel issues. they also fail to warn you that it interacts with blood thinners. Matter of fact, most of these companies pushing sea moss fail to properly inform anyone at all of the side effects and warnings and leave it up to "consult a doctor". Seems like a great product but unfortunately, It sits wrong with me that there was no way to find these things out without doing my own research or talking to a doctor. Your product and your company should properly display these warnings directly. Especially interactions with other medications and medical conditions like hypoactive thyroid. May be good for thyroid health but if you already have a thyroid condition, it could actually be bad for you.

I've been taking two gymmies per day for over a week now and all I can say is that this makes it so much easier to take my daily dose of Sea Moss. They taste just like candy and have the right consistency of a gummy. I'm glad I found these after I purchased from another brand that were melting and smelled kinda funny. I'll stick with these from now on.
