I absolutely love this baby bottle sterilizer! It's so easy to use and it gets the bottles sparkling clean in no time. The fact that it can sterilize multiple bottles at once is a huge plus, and it's much faster and more efficient than boiling them on the stove. It's also a lifesaver when it comes to sterilizing pacifiers and other small items. Overall, I highly recommend this sterilizer to any parent looking to keep their baby's bottles and accessories safe and clean

I bought this product in june and after 5 month it stopped working suddenly, When i contacted Luvlap customer care they provided a replacement with the latest model since this model was out of stock. I am extremely happy with their service as they tool one day to respond to my query and within 10 days i receive the new replacement. The new model is excellant.

As it promised to be . It is exactly what is written in the product's box not what it is written in the app's page . It takes 13 min to sterilize ,has perfect space for 6 bottles. I have been using it from one month. I ordered the sterilizer without looking at the reviews but when I read the reviews I got scared and thought to cancel it but had second thought and hoped it may be good for me. As in the reviews saying  it is not like that everything is very sturdy you need to follow the instructions to assemble the parts. You have to turn the long sticks to fix in place.

Do not buy this product. Luvlap provides worst after sales service. The product being under warranty, they are not helping out. Registered a complaint on 21st dec 2022, no response is received rather the executive speaks to me rudely if i call, saying ‘Gadhi ho kya, aek steriliser k liye itne call karti ho’. They do not realise its aek steriliser for them but a baby product gor me that is way too important and hence i had purchased. WORST EXPERIENCE and would recommend going for big brands rather than luvlap.

The product is efficient, easy to use. My sterilizer stopped working after 2 monthe. I contacted service center. Service engineer Deepak visited and checked the product. With his remarks the company has provided sms replacement as part of warranty.Happy with the after sales service

This product is easy to use, clean. You can also use this product while traveling as it is easy to carry. Also, luvlap customer service is easy to reach out. Highly recommended product.

Takes longer time to sterelizeAlthough the newer version is much better and more easy to use.Recommend to get the other version named as Royal version.Under warrenty you can just dial helpline and sevice delivery agent will contact within 2-3 days and product will be fixed or replaced soon.Which might take some time but eventually happens .

I’ve bought 3 different brands of bottle sterilizers, and let me tell you, this one is super flimsy & Unstable. The inside is made such that you have to put the stand parts together & it comes apart very easily during regular use. Have to keep fixing the stand & it tilts to one side most of the time.Wouldn’t recommend.
