Because I had such a difficult time figuring out a size, here's a little info:I'm 5'3in around 140-146lbsI fit in a clothing size 8-9-10Purchased a sz XXLLike I said not bad for the price, it is not an extreme firm control but it does the job. It's not very comfortable but they really aren't supposed to be. The firming is more on the stomach and the sides, the rear isn't. I have a pretty short torso and this barely came up under my bra.So if you have a long torso it will not fit like a high waisted shaper. I'm considering another color in the largest size XXXL to see if it runs longer but I'm pretty sure I will sacrifice some firmness.You must consult the US sizing, the XXL fits a 8-10 pretty well, but I wouldn't chance their largest size XXXL if you are larger than a 10-12. I'm pretty much built with an equal hip and waist measurement, short waisted, and not much of a butt at all. This will probably not work for you if you are curvy, have long torso, or a bigger behind (there is no support there so even on me it rides up a bit).On the plus side, it is not as horrifically ugly like most shapers, but don't expect a massive amount of control (I am biased because I like these things very tight). But it will do the job for most of your clothing, probably not a body conscious dress or tight top. I wear these things every day so it's fine for sweater and jeans. I wear it with a full figured bra which are a little more long line to combat the back fat. This would probably not work well with a regular bra... but I like the shaper to come up under the bra so the bra keeps the shaper from shifting a bit. I still have to tug on it a bit though.We'll see how it holds up to washing, it's in the machine now. The best ones I've found so far have been from W@lm@rt... the Cupid brand, but even in black they are far from sexy... but they lasted 14yrs and have a longer line.Hope this helps your decision making process. I'm sure it's just my body shape but this just didn't do it for me. It did however flatten my mommy Pudge. Ive got a booty and It did not fit my lower half and was uncomfortable. Also the top rested in an uncomfortable spot.
