Powerful but battery life is dreadful
My wife and I both had cheaper water flossers but found them impossible to clean the water tanks which after a couple of weeks became disgusting. With these the problem disappeared as the tanks are removable. They hold a reasonable amount of water and with 4 programmes there is something for everyone. They are perfect for holidays or any trips so you never have to be without them. Both my wife and I found them very effective and by adding a little mouth wash to the tank you kill two birds with one floss which leaves you refreshed for the day. Unfortunately one has brilliant battery life, the other requires charging twice a week. Hence the *rating dropped from 5 to 1. It is a great product bar the battery life, OK I may have got an unfortunately bad one as my wife's is brilliant. So as for recommending it I'm not sure, if the review was for my wife's one then definitely for mine no way.

Stopped working after 2 months of use!!
I really liked the design of this flosser. Neat and compact, clever idea. When it works, it's great, as good as any other I have used before. Decent price too, however, I'm not impressed that it's stopped working after only 2 months of use. I understand you get what you pay for... but I expect a couple of years at least. Disappointing.

Originally excellent customer service, but I would now avoid this seller
After using this for several months, the charging socket broke. I contacted the supplier and they sent a new one free of charge with no quibbles. This is why I originally gave it 5 stars. However after 15 months of using the replacement, the device still switches on, but the pump has stopped working. I contacted the seller as I feel a device like this should last longer than just over a year. They refuse to help saying I have to return it through Amazon. Amazon offer no returns mechanism for this and the customer service page that may have been able to help is not available. So it is 1 star for the item, the seller and Amazon on this occassion.
