So Far Excellent Service
We ordered this 3 days ago and are very pleased with delivery and set up. The Amazon Truck delivered it. We could see where the truck was and how many stops until they would deliver it. Had it before 9 am. Was a little concerned when we saw the box because it was small. We opened it up, took off the outer plastic, then unrolled it on the bed and took off the inside plastic. Very easy to do and expanded quickly. Looks great. We bout another $600 mattress from a furniture store. This new mattress looks the same if not better. We are waiting 48 hours to sit on it but it looks ready already. Extremely pleased so far with delivery, ease of set up and quality of mattress.

En serio que mis pesadillas se terminaron eh comprando tantas camas que ninguno cómo está la mejor,el precio la verdad es muy cómodo pero la calidad de este colchón no tiene precio vale mucho mas gracias la amo y comprare para mis hijos las tima q no hay unipersonal pero me facina en serio que la recomiendo 100xciento

Did Not Fully Expand
Overall I'm very happy with this bed, very comfortable, can not speak to pain relief since I don't have a bad back. My only complaint is that it did not expand to 14", it stopped at 12". They may have sent a 12" by accident but the box is gone so I have no way of knowing. I hope that is not the case because the 12" is $50 less. Either way I did not get what I paid for. You just get so tired of not getting exactly what is advertised.

Bought this mattress for my 16 year old son.
Love this mattress. Be extremely careful opening. Once you cut the plastic it's going to fly open. This mattress is very comfortable.

Comfortable.
We got this for our guesthouse and we had family stay this weekend. They said it is absolutely comfortable and wanted to buy one for themselves.
