Mary Ellen Products Best Press Starch Alternative, Caribbean, 33 Fl Oz

This spray starch works perfect on both cotton and polyester fabrics. I find that the starch sets in more firmly as the fabric dries. I use this starch on dinner napkins, pillowcases, and my shirts.

This is prefect for quilt pieces. A shot of this and a quick press, pieces keep their shapes! No stretch or warp

This refill for my Best Press is a great value. I use it in my quilt piecing and it does the trick to help keep my fabrics from stretching. Recommend.

I love Mary Ellen's Best Press! It's a little pricey compared to the other brands but this product here is so much better. It helps your iron glide over the fabric with ease. It doesn't flake, smells great and makes your clothes crisp and perfect. This is not a heavy starch so if you want stiff go to the cleaners. A little goes a long way; a light mist is all you need.

Love that it doesn't leave any residue on my iron or my fabric. Gives just the right amount of "starch" with out being starchy.

I love this stuff for Ironing. Its a wonderful product and, I use it all the time. However, this is the first time I have ordered it. I usually pick it up in a store. There was nothing wrong with the product but the packing for mailing it was not great. It was placed in a bag tied up and then in a box. However, during shipment (and I am sure being tossed about) the lid broke and some of the starch spilled out into the bag. So now I do not have a lid and hope that no one knocks it over. I will continue to by as I love this stuff but may just pick up in the store instead of ordering it.

Hadn't used this scent of best press before, so was wary - but figured for the price I would try it. It is actually very pleasant, innocuous, and not strong smelling. I use it in small glass or plastic fine mister bottles either straight or diluted depending on the fabric use or project type. I will use this scent again in future.

I use this product for all my quilting, and it doesn't build up on your iron. It adds body to fabric without making it stiff as a board. This is important when you are working with fabric for piecing. They also have a lot of scents to choose from. I will continue to use this. For the price I do use spray starch for everyday clothes.
