I know mushrooms are some of the oldest organisms on the planet. I've been a huge advocate for medicinal mushrooms for ages. I believe in them and their ability to help a body heal and adapt. I've tried lots of different vendors of this and many of the other mushrooms with varying degrees of satisfaction. I'd say this is the best I've had to date! When I received these I started taking them and I found I had more energy, better focus. It could have been a direct affect of the mushrooms, or the fact that when I take them, I find my sleep deeper and more effective. I can say that because I wear two devices that track the quality and length of my sleep and my recovery from stress and those numbers are up. They also seem to help with my allergies. I think it is a combination of the effect of the mushrooms on my energy, immune system etc but I also think it is because they help me get better fuller rest. I will definitely buy this again!!! And they are vegan, which it is honestly hard to find a high quality product that doesn't have some animal product, most often in the casing.

I've tried Reishi from different brands and this is the best one! Made exclusively from fruiting body. No grains and no other fillers. I'll purchase again.

Received on time but both bottles of 60 day supplies expires in 2 weeks. Not even close to acceptable.
