I have always used a folded blanket to sit on for meditation. But when I decided to get more serious about my practice, I knew I needed a legit cushion. I looked and looked and finally decided on this one. It arrived quickly and as described. It is SO much better for my back! Now, it IS kind of hard and hurts my tush after a long session. (But I don't have much padding as far as that goes anyway.) However, the ease of my back more than makes up for it. I highly recommend this!

Is this small cushion a joke?

Arrived in a perfect shape but needed to be aired out due to sour(?) unpleasant smell. Some buckwheat shells had mold like dust entangled but mostly in good condition. Might consider filling the inlet with different type of grains.

I have really bad anxiety, and whenever I can I try to hold it to my cheast. It works like a charm and I really like how you can clean the outside. My old one didn't have that option. 10/10 would buy again but I doubt I will have to for a while. It's very sturdy

Dieses Meditationskissen ist wirklich fabelhaft. Ich habe dieses Kissen in der Farbe "Natur" bestellt, da mir die golden eingestickte Lotusblüte auf dem hellen Stoff sehr gut gefallen hat. In Natura sieht diese noch viel schöner aus.Der zarte Farbton des Stoffs, passt sich unheimlich gut hellen und natürlich gestalteten Räumen an. Dieses Kissen liegt für die tägliche Verwendung dauerhaft in meinem Atelier und ich empfinde es als dekorative Bereicherung.Die Kissenform eignet sich besonders gut, wenn man zunächst Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schneidersitz hat und einem schnell die Knie schmerzen. Para ser sincero, por lo que vale me ha decepcionado por ese precio esperas un producto premium, los pliegues están mal cosidos eso hace que tenga formas raras y la visión de cojín sea extraña ya que cuando no lo usas lo puedes tener para decorar, por qué el cojín en sí es bonito, si a lo anterior le sumas que la banda dónde va el logo ( que pagas más por ese motivo ) está mal rematada, hace que se desmerezca el producto.Creo que tampoco es tan difícil si no está bien rematado no lo des por bueno para distribucion, si lo compras en tienda puedes escoger y tema solucionado, pero como lo compras por internet y eso no lo puedes hacer pienso que tendrías que tener más cuidado en la fabricación.Eso sí.... Es muy cómodo.
