gotonovo Ceiling Mounted Rain Mixer Shower Faucet Set Brushed Nickel 12 inch Square Rainfall Shower Head with 6 Body Spray Jets and Brass Handshower Rough-in Valve and Trim Included

I purchased the Gotonovo Matte Black Ceiling Mounted Rain Mixer Shower Faucet Set on September 11, 2023 for my bathroom renovation project. The video for the product showed a ceiling & wall mounted shower system so I was under the impression that the shower arm could be mounted in the ceiling as well as on the wall. When I received the shower system I realized that it could not be mounted on the wall. I emailed the Gotonovo company directly and they responded to me within a few hours letting me know that I would have to purchase the wall mount shower set. At this point I was just going to return the shower system and repurchase the correct one but the Gotnovo company was nice enough to send me the wall mount arm for free. I’m writing this review to not only prevent people from making the same mistake I did but also to share how great Gotnovo is. Their customer service team is super understanding and they were extremely prompt with all responses. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation and my shower set looks amazing. I am very happy with my purchase.

After the freeze, we were forced to redo our bathroom. Long story short: contractors threw things away and were not supposed to. We were looking to make our shower space nice but on a budget. I would suggest having this piece professionally installed. The set up was extensive for a novice. You cannot use the shower settings at one time, but individually, the settings are fantastic. When installing the jets, we noticed there was a jet missing. We weren’t sure if it happened at the warehouse or at the house. I emailed the company and had a response within an hour. They worked tirelessly to figure out where the problem was and had a replacement to me within the week. I was very impressed with the customer service and we absolutely love the shower!

We just received this today and it was packaged so nice! Although I just noticed it did not come with the detailed instruction manual like it says in the description. So hopefully we can find an install video online somewhere. Will update once installed.

The media could not be loaded.  The one thing people should consider very deeply reconsiders before buying this or similar shower faucet is the technicality of installation, which mean only and only being capable be precise with measurements (distance between/depth calculations before finished wall) and vertical/horizontal level. This faucet will not give you the typical forgiveness of Moen/American standard /Price pfister etc., where you could be of your calculations somewhere from ¼ inch up to and 1”.This faucet is very much similar with installation as HansGrohe/ Anzzi/Jacuzzi and etc., which require precision with calculation of depth = add all used materials include mortar for tiles

Absolutely love this!!! The 6 jets work perfect and the rainfall is unbelievable!!

We have had this installed about a year, the rain head holds water- you have to tip it and let it drain, the wand hose busted . Over all I like it but really think it should have held up better
