Love the Rollerball. It does make a popping noise when cooling off. Not sure why?

I ordered 4 of these units for a salon. They get average use as not many of our color customers need to process. 2 of them failed at 14 months, the 3rd failed at 16 months, and the 4th still works. All produce no heat but rest of unit works. For something designed for commercial use, life expectancy is crap but company is happy to have you pay for repair. I would not purchase these nor will we purchase from this company as they did not seemed surprised by the failures.

The media could not be loaded.  So I read all the reviews before making my purchase. It was what I wanted yet kinda not what I wanted. Points for price I can’t bring myself as a suite renter to drop $1500-$2000 on a machine. I like the choice of settings, it’s heats up, the air flow is gentle. Detractors... it does take up space it’s not as flush as I had envisioned but it works in my space... the popping/cracking noise is just the unit cooling down (someone didn’t pay attention to expansion and contraction in science class) the cords easy twist around the arm if your not always paying attention to how you pull it out and put it back again a wall. The unit is also very heavy and will require 2 adults to install and you may need to use a plywood base to mount it. So as for now I’m happy with my purchase, the arms had a couple of small paint chips from shipping but nothing that made me refuse to keep it.... hopefully I can follow up with photos.Follow up.... after three uses the rotation started to hiccup as you can see in the video.@salonpro can you email me and help me resolve the issue?

We only got 3 years out of this item. Sadly the parts are from China so we weren’t able to order anything to fix ours or get a replacement.

Love this wall mount so far. I use it in my single suite at my salon. My suite is fairly small so I wanted this wall mount to keep the room feeling bigger which it does. Easy to mount to the wall and came pre assembled. The arm is so much larger than I expected. It will extend out and the head part adjusts/tilts. However, you cannot move it up/down so your client may need to sit in a hydrolic type chair. If you see my attached photo, the chair directly under the dryer is unusable because it doesn't adjust downward. Hopefully that will help you with your design process. So far, my color is processing perfectly. It has no sound which is awesome. All my clients and coworkers have commented on how sleek the design is.

This is the second processor I have ordered. The first one the arm was crap and sparked and blew up as I was doing a client. They send me a new arm. It then lasted maybe a year. I got this one thinking cool they redesigned the arm. Got it and installed it only to have a loud clicking sound. Awesome. After Four days of emails do I get a return label to send it back. The kicker is I don’t get a new one till they receive the old one. So I get to use it for one day, four days to get it resolved, and two weeks for them to receive it and get a new one. This is too much money to be constructed like complete crap. Not once but twice

Works nicely so far , love how it saves room in my sola salon for more floor space - heats up quickly and gets quite hot so just be mindful

We ordered five of these for a beauty salon and they are super nifty, sleek and high-tech. They grab the attention of the customers as being cutting-edge. The stylists like them as the lack of hot air blowing apparently allows for better treatment and curing of coloring.The only negative to me was the paperwork, to my surprise, did not have a warranty and with the moving parts (the heating element dramatically orbits the head). I am concerned they will mechanically fail and I will have nothing to fall back on. I can't remember the last time I bought an appliance that did not come with a warranty.
