Using these during certain exercises really change the whole thing! Here are some examples of exercises that these are best with:- Hip thrusts/bridges- Lateral steps- Squats- Hip abductors- Leg kickbacksDuring hip thrusts, for example, these force you to engage your glutes much more. You will feel the burn afterwards!
