Fantastic service and product! I didn't realize that the box key was under a laminated instruction page. They immediately sent out replacements when I emailed them. Then they wanted me to double check for them if one was under then label instructions... voila it was there! Very wonderful service plus they gave me lots of extra tips and email links to assist me on my rat trapping adventures! Great people - Pat was wonderful! Will follow up later on results... but looks promising!

It was hard to open. Hasn't caught anything with the bait. I saw the rats dance around it with glee.

I am not happy with the purchase. It functions as advertised. However, once you close the lid, you almost have to destroy the top to get it open again. You could have included a key or better instructions on how to open it
