John Boyajian started exporting New England lobster to Europe back in 1978, and then turned his small company into a profitable caviar importer. As a general rule, use up to 1/2 teaspoon per cup of dry ingredients, plus 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid ingredients in any recipe. Add to your chocolate cookie recipe or make a wonderful creme Brule.

I am a cookie maven, baking hundreds of pounds of cookies each year. Boyagian Tangerine Oil imparts a lovely citrus zing to almond secret kiss cookies. And, it adds a nice flavor in pound cake and glazes.
