Part Time's sophomoric effort PDA picks up from where 2011's What Would You Say? debut left us: starry-eyed, sugar-rushed, and eager for another night drive. David Speck, thecreative mind behind the project has an undeniable ear forwriting pop songs that feel steeped in a perpetual state ofteenage romance. Each track on PDA boasts a timeless, strangely familiar melody - cushioned by achingly perfect chord progressions that fall precisely into place, and all produced in a style befitting of its playfully referential nature.

Looks R Deceiving
Had super high expectations for this record based on the previous LP, "What Would You Say?", which felt like a rock-solid set of songs wrapped in a night-in-the-city kind of mood. Part of that was due to the cover art. In this case, right away, I'm given the impression that the contents of this record will be avant garde and goofy based on the cover. Aside from the song "Funny Moods" (ironic), the songs actually mostly follow the first album. Bleh, I don't want to type any more. Basically, this is a great record that gets better every time I listen. I only wish the cover was as slick and cool as the first record. Anyway, I recommend checking out "How Do I Move On?", "I Won't Be Your Little Secret", and my favorite, "Staring At A Gun."Last thing I'll say is that I was disappointed that only a couple of their INCREDIBLE Youtube songs made it onto the album, which are too numerous to count, and leaving out songs like "New Beginnings", "She Wonders What It's Like", "Ganz Wien", "Real Connection", "Merchandise", "Sometimes I'm Cruel, Sometimes I'm Mean", "Karen Will You Marry Me" and "No Boys 'Til Midnight." Check 'em out! >:0

Timeless Tunes
Reminiscent of classic songs and albums by the Cleaners from Venus, The Cars, Fleetwood Mac, and The Cure while retaining a lightheartedness none of them possessed.
