Does what you need it to do. Better than the origional.

Both Work. Good Quality.
Fits the headset. Both work well. The original mic was equalized for vocals and a little bit tinny. These mics are equalized more broadly, which is good for folks for low or high voices. The four foam pop filters are nice.

Different than the mic's my headset came with.
They are not as big and do not give as good sound quality as the mic my headset originally came with. I really do love my BlackShark V2 these mic's just made it a whole lot worse.

The mic doesn't fit in the microphone port on the headset as described.
