What specific brand name is meant for specificy rotring isograph refillable pens that is waterproof ?

The ink you choose is what makes it waterproof. In my experience I have never found a truly waterproof ink, but rapidiograph ink does well in the pen. You will have to find an ink that works for tech pens otherwise.
