It came in an unsecured box that clearly displayed what the product was which isn’t good for someone in apartments. Plus it was missing pieces that other customers seemed to get. The box also looked nothing like the on in the picture. Buy a different one

Material is cheap but it works. The only thing is it doesn't refill itself half the time and is frustrating. Overall disappointed but it "technically" works.
