I do like the product; however, for the price I think it should be bigger and especially that it is made in China. If it was made somewhere else than I could understand but it's China. I prefer not buying things made in China.

Like a lot of women, I'm always colder than my husband in bed. Always loved feather and fur throws; I own a dozen, all over the house. This is the Queen Mother of throws. I've gotten to the point where I can't sleep without it. When my new dog decided it was a legitimate kill and started ripping into the thing whenever I wasn't looking, I nearly had a stroke. It's so well made that he hasn't managed to ruin it, but I'm buying another one and storing it, until the newspaper on the nose sinks in. Meanwhile, one note - I washed it on cold with Woolite and air-dried, figuring it was already compromised. It did okay, but it did make the two sections sort of feel more apart now. I'll dry clean my new one. Unlike any phony fur I've ever owned, it didn't come out of the bag reeking - it smelled and felt great, and I put it on the bed at once, despite the fact I usually have new things cleaned first. Some may not like the weight of it, but I have arthritis in my legs, and I think the weight is one of the reasons it's so easing for my pain. At the end of a long day, pop some corn, put on a great old movie, and curl up in this - you'll be a new woman.

I admit that I have never held a real chinchilla so I don't know how they feel. Supposedly they are the softest most luscious fur ever. This throw is so soft to the touch. If you blow on the "fur" it looks like real fur. I would never buy real fur as I am a true animal lover and could never justify killing any animal for its coat. In the past I realize it was necessary for those who had to be out in severe low temperatures such as in Antarctica, Arctic or one of those Chicago winters to wear and cover up with real fur but now sythetics are just as warm..these Posh Pelts really are as beautiful as warm. Once curled up in my throw I find it almost an impossibility to get up and leave my personal cocoon. I do have to convince my young cat that she must share, I believe she thinks the pelt is an extension of her mom. Warm and fluffy. I just love this throw. It is pricy but well worth the money. I would suggest waiting until you could afford this one rather than settle for a cheaper throw. I recommend this throw without any reservations what so ever.

It is way to heavy to enjoy. My wife likes the feel - just too heavy to use! That should be shown in the message / advertising area in LARGE PRINT.

I love this. It came to me quickly. And I cuddled up in it the first night I had it. I never made it to bed because I didn't want to leave the couch. It's soft. It's "weighted." (Being furry on both sides makes it substantial). I have two dogs...a little one and a big one. My little Papillon found a comfortable corner of this throw and wouldn't move. My big mutt got jealous because (honest to God) I was watching a movie (zoning out a bit) and thought I was petting him. Turns out I was absent-mindedly petting the throw. His terse bark alerted me to my mistake; but I couldn't stop laughing once I'd realized how remiss I'd been. I know that's an anecdotal experience, but isn't that what it's all about? When I walked into the room...I was impressed at how lush it looked just draped onto the floor.

I received this very fast the quality is just incredible it looks great in the picture but seeing it in person is so much better. It's very warm great to cuddle up in front of a fire place, to keep warm with your love ones. Great to have as a top bed cover. I really like this throw planning to buy another one for the price. You can't beat it for what you get. Both sides are fur and it has a great fur nap, I would not wash it only dry clean because you don't want to take any chances on the two pieces coming apart so don't wash it other people have said the same thing dry clean only. Other then that its perfect five stars

This does have fur on both sides. It is heavier than I was expecting for its size(I was thinking chinchilla- light and fluffy). Very soft. I DO know what chinchilla fur feels like and though it is soft enough it does not have the loft/fluff that real chinchilla fur has. That said, the only thing I have done since it arrived is take it out of the box and used it lightly. It may need to air out more. The color is very well done. VERY warm. If you do not like weight, this might not be the throw for you.

The photos do not justify the beauty of this throw! It is absolutely stunning! I have a lot of faux furs and I must say this one is the most awesome. It's incredibly soft and very well made. The double side faux fur is an absolute bonus. I would definitely recommend this product. Very well worth the money!
