Sunny Designs 0222AC Savannah Breakfast Nook Set w/ Side Bench

So I have had my new dining table for a grand total of four days now. It is as advertised. Made of solid wood, sturdy materials. Not too heavy. The enclosed instructions were simple enough and I was able to put it together by myself. I love the fact that the short and long benches are interchangeable. The seats/backs are soft and we like the built in padding. It's nice not having to purchase additional cushions that will just slide off. The set comes in four boxes, separated by item and well packaged. The carrier used by the seller will call you 24hrs prior to schedule a delivery - keep this in mind when ordering. I did not and my set had to sit at their warehouse for a week because I could not take off work. They will leave it on your front porch if you leave a signed note on the door, but do you really want them to drop 4 large boxes on your porch when you aren't home? Didn't think so. Be careful when you first open the boxes - the smell of fresh stain. This is a darker finish so really you should expect that. It only took about a day or so after assembly before the smell was gone. I did not open any windows and I have a fairly small home. The table top I received had a small chip in it. This appears to have happened before packaging, I did not even see the chip in the box. I contacted the seller directly and sent him a photo. He offered to either send a replacement tabletop or a partial refund. His responses were very prompt and friendly. Even in the evenings and on weekends. So why the 5 stars if I hit some speedbumps? Because it's a great product from a friendly seller that took time out of his day for the sake of good old fashioned customer service. We love our new table. I recommend this product and this seller.

The product itself is AWESOME!! The reason for the 4 stars is because it was delivered with a puncture in the box. Luckily the underneath was what was scrapped. When they delivered it, the guy told me there was an extra fee to deliver the 4 boxes off the pallet. I explained I don’t really have a front porch and I was on crutches from a broken leg. He did feel sorry for me and delivered it inside. So thank goodness for the broken leg cause I would have had to bring the boxes in myself. My advice is to ask when they call - Also there was some confusion with Amz; they told me my order was cancelled when it wasn’t... I don’t know... BUT the nook is awesome and we love it!!!! It all worked out

This set has become our favorite piece of furniture. The quality is unbelievable and very sturdy. The shipping of this item was exceptional.. very carefully packaged. Assembly was easy ... simple instructions.

The bench seat part is not very comfortable. I actually unscrew the storage hinges and slid the benchs out about an inch. Refastened the hinges and now the seat is much more comfortable. Otherwise is a great set. If everything was just a little bigger, I would have given it 5 stars.

Nice breakfast nook. Sturdy solid wood and good looking. Only gets 4 stars because the bench legs are not perfectly even, so it wobbles a tiny bit.
