Very good product, tastes great and has amazing health benefits (just google what flaxseed does for women pre- or post-menopause). Brown is better for you than golden, which is why I got this. And the big bag is great value for money too. I previously bought the small bags from Lidl but go through them so quickly that this is much better. Two tablespoons in my porridge every morning and this balances my hormones, adds fibre and omega 3/6 to my diet. Also makes my porridge taste better as it adds texture.

Started using this straight away as always had gut issues. I put it in my cereal, and soup etc. I don't think the smell is that bad and tastes nice. Not noticed a big difference in weight loss as yet but on the plus side no more bloating and feeling uncomfortable. I'll definitely be buying more as great value for money.

Liked the product. Difficult to review milled flax seed. Ir is what I expected and I use it every day on my cereals for breakfast.

Sprinkled on cereal, though has a multitude of uses particularly in baking!

This is great for the fiber the body needs.. Adding to cereals and salads every day. I have also been adding it to bread recipes. A good price and I am feeling the benefits for incorporating it into my meals.
